Oh my goodness... if you aren't eating here, you're missing out!!! I'll keep this short: 1) The food is very affordable, especially for the portion size. 2) The service is GREAT, the owners and employees are always so friendly. The staff is almost all bilingual so don't worry if you can't speak Spanish. 3) The service is fast. FAST! 4) This food is so DELICIOUS!!! I always order a chicken fajita gordita or carne asada gordita (I mean... you just can't go wrong with their Gorditas!!!). Trust me. This is the good stuff.
If you are only going to eat at 1 place in liberal this is it. Try the gorditas and definitely a torta. They close at 5pm so make sure you get there early. Everything is fresh and amazing. Some people are turned off by the exterior. But don't be misled, the service and food are authentic and excellent!
